Sometimes it's ridiculous to come up with post titles. Its like sitting in an exam room and cracking your brains for the right answers.You know you wanna title it something fancy or whatever, aside the obvious - but bloody words won't come! Lol...

Hello Beauties! How you doing?

MAN SHALL NOT EAT BY CARBS ALONE INDEED...

This is the face of a woman who has finally completed five days of no carbs diet. Initially the plan was to do all juice/smoothie cleanse, but because I trained four out of the five days, my trainer suggested I eat something. It was probably a good idea, because within day 3 my head was spinning (massive headache!) and my legs were giving up on me.

Plan sort of changed, but I'm proud of myself for not touching bread, rice, spaghetti, potatoes, etc.

So how was the experience like?

Now & then I like to dress up and throw on some hooker heels to pretend like a lady (lol!), but the real me is all about comfort. I'm a tomboy at heart who loves sneakers and slouchy things.

MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY: HEALTHY LIVING/LOSING WEIGHT...

I've been trying to lose weight and stay fit since forever, but men!- its so damn hard when delicious food keep staring from every angle. Its safe to say that I LOVE FOOD!! The journey has pretty much been lose and gain, lose and gain. Having said that, the one thing I pat my back for is being able to maintain my size and not falling into the obese level. 

Personally its very important that I live a healthy lifestyle, because I was born with a chronic liver condition thats not curable. Well doctors say, but Jesus says another. Amen!

OOTD & HAIR TALK...

If you follow me on IG, you probably saw my hair journey this passed weekend. After giving birth my hair went down hill, because of my lazy ass (excuse my French!) - But thanks to fellow sister bloggers like Nerline, Uchenna and my hair crush lady Natalie - I'm back in the hair game. Lol! Their hair posts inspires me. Natalie had me roaming in shops in search of some hair products she recommended and I'm glad I got em, because it did some good good to my hair. While I couldn't achieve the exact curls like her, I'm proud of my first trial. Turned out not so bad!

Natalie, this post is dedicated to you. :-)
